Resolved Appeon Cordova Demo Question

I'm trying to find a good demo mobile app as a starting point for developing some mobile apps with various functionality.  I installed the CordovaDemo app and it runs on my Android phone but I only get -1 return codes, which seems in indicate an error accessing the plug-in.  Does the Cordova plug-in functionality require any additional installation on the mobile device?  I am using PowerBuilder 2017 Universal.

Hi Gary;

  Can you tell us ...

1) What exact phone are you using?

2) What version of the Android O/S is installed?

3) Which Cordova Demo app are you referring to?

FYI: the AWS ( Appeon Work Space) that you install on your device has the Cordova support. So make sure that you install the latest AWS that came with your PB 2017 Universal installation on your Android device.

My phone is Samsung Galaxy S6; Android version 5.0.2.



The Cordova Demo is the one currently in Code Samples.



The AWS was either installed at the conference with the sessions, or with the Order demo from the Appeon website.  I will uninstall it and reinstall from the PB2017 AWS.  Maybe mine did not install the Cordova plugins.  Thank you.



Chris, do you have a mobile app with your STD framework?  I have previously installed the regular client app.



I just found the build for the AWS.  It is Build 0372.00.

Okay, that worked to get the AWS from PB 2017.  I think I downloaded that previous AWS from the Play Store.

On a separate topic, is that new maintenance release the PB 2017 R2 that was mentioned at the conference, or is that coming out later?  I thought it was 9/30/17.

I got this fixed by replacing the AWS with the new version.  I had put this in the reply comments, but it looks like I should be using the Answers.  Thank you for your help.
