For the log file, please try to backup and delete it, and please do not use the default 'Debug' log mode to avoid the big file size issue, please refer to article below for details.

For the 11030 error, please note that all of the PowerServer to be added into the cluster must have the same connection type: HTTP or HTTPS; it cannot be a mix. This is also applicable to Web server. If you add server in AEM and Appeoncloud with https connection, it is required to use https connection to access application, otherwise http connection
