Hello.
It's the Penta system.
Currently, customers who are using Appeon 2020 (using multi browser) are not operating normally as the screen comes out white in the window 11 (version 22H2) environment.

After analyzing the cause, it seems to be caused by the file not being written properly to the Cache folder in Appeon.

All companies that use appeon in Korea are doing their work in web browsers.
Therefore, in order to eliminate the inconvenience of using Appeon 2020 (using multi browser), it should also be available in window 11 (version 22H2).

Hi Penta;

  In order to get to W11 support, you would need to be using PB version 2022.

  However, PS2020's Web & Mobile features have been discontinued since PB/PS version 2021.

  I would suggest though that you now look at PB/PS 2022's new Cloud App feature to move forward.

Adding to what Chris said, our support policy is to NOT modify a current version of our products after it was already released to support new Windows or database versions.  Such changes are risky for customers need something reliable so we focus on just fixing bugs and keeping it stable.

For those who are using PowerServer 2020 or earlier, you may encounter a blank page issue after the client machine upgrades to Windows 11 22H2. This is due to that Windows 11 22H2 has modified the JS engine mechanism, which causes PowerServer (2020 or earlier) modules to not run properly.
