Hi, our application (powerbuilder 8) running on win10.  we use Microsoft web browser control to display pdf document. With old version of adobe reader, once the pdf is open user can click email that will open outlook with the document attached.  However we just had an window update with new version of adobe reader (2019).  Powerbuilder does not launch outlook anymore.  If we open the pdf document outside powerbuilder app,  we can still open outlook. Please advise how to fix this problem.
