Good Afternoon,


I need assistance with my PB account. It says I am using it already and I can’t log in again. The application crashed while I was using it so it most likely did not log out properly.
Is there a contact person for this situation?

Yes, contact your account admin to log you out.  They can perform the logout on this page in the User Center:https://account.appeon.com/logout-user/pb

I just tried - it says i dont hae a valid lic so i can't submit. I know i have one
