Hi Team,

While logging in PowerBuilder 2017 with my user account, I am getting an error "This account is already logged in to PowerBuilder. Please use another account. Note: One account cannot login to trial and paid versions at the same time.". I am a license holder and I am not using trial version. However I am getting this error.

Please provide a solution regarding this.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Sangeetha

Are you by any chance already logged into PB 2019 on same machine?

You can currently only log into one product version per user license. If this is the case, logout of PB 2019 before logging into PB 2017.

Hi Michael,

I don't have any other PowerBuilder version to login.

Once in a blue moon your account may loose its login although the license server still believes it is logged in.

On Appeon's web-site - upper right co4rner click your account picture then User-Center.

Here you can force a logout of your license - which lets you login afterwards.

Consider have PB IDE auto-login and auto-logout when you open/close IDE.

IN CASE you can't license manage your own license, then have your license manager force your logout.

First time it is awkward. Next time much easier. It also happens to me many, many months apart. Once in 2019. Couple of times prior to 2019.

Hi Sangeetha,

Please contact Appeon's licensing team at sales@appeon.com.

They will be able to help you.

Cordially,

Mariano C.
