Resolved 2017 Fundamentals Course Setup

When I installed PowerBuilder 2017 R3, I was told Sybase is our dB, so don't need to install SQL Anywhere.  But now I would like to do the Fundamentals course at: 

Appeon U | Appeon (www.appeon.com/appeon-u/pb)

which depends on SQL Anywhere 17.   No installation instructions were provided.  I installed a trial version of SQL Anywhere 17 Client, but don't know how to make PowerBuilder work with it.

   You need to ...

1) Install the SA DBMS server (free version)...

2) Install the PB Demo database...
