Resolved 2017 R3 RTF Printing issues

When printing from the RTF control in 2017 R3 the output is zoomed about 125%.  Has anyone else seen this?  Any idea if there is a work around?  R2 works just fine.

Upgrading MSXml2.Domdocument.3.0 to Msxml2.Domdocu...
