Hi ,

Here are the answers. Some questions we are not sure. They are marked green

1) PS type (.Net or J2EE)  -> .NET
2) PS version & build        -> 2017 R3 Build 1858.00
3) PS's O/S its running under -> Windows 10
4) Did you check the PS logs? ->Is this deployment log ?(If so they are the xml files which has no information in them )
5) Is this happening in Development, Q/A, and/or Production? (Testing)
6) If Q/A or PROD - how are you deploying your web App(s) to PS?
7) What is the concurrent user limit set to in PS?  As of now only two developers are testing the  application in web.We did not set any such thing. If so where can we set?
8) Where are you finding this error? During logging in and performing any operation like run a report after logging in. This error is not preventing us from logging in.
9) What web browser are you using? Internet Explorer

4) There should be 3 logs ... Server, Error & Deployment

7) If your using a "Developer" copy of PS - then its 5 concurrent users only

FWIW: I think that Zhao Kai's response could be your issue

There were 2 solutions given in that article.

I added '' in the web.config file.Also restarted the IIS server. I couldn't log in through AEM. Solution 2 is already in place

It still did not resolve the issue. Let me know how to proceed.

Thankyou,

The error is after deploying. We were able to run the application but we are running into this error in these times:

1) During log in,

2) While running a report during run time of the application

We were able to log in even though we encountered this error. If we click okay It still allows us to log in
