Hello All,
In our PB2022 application, we are using 'Inspect' Accessible tool for Test Automation functions.
From the documentation, it says with Microsoft UI Automation technology, the UI elements of the PB control can be accessible using various tools.
So, I have entered information in the AccessibleName and AccessibleDescription properties for the PB objects (Tabs, Tabpages, DW columns, etc.).
However, it doesn't look like the 'Inspect' tool was able to read the information from the properties for the fields.
For the application, I included the runtime DLLs to support accessibility (pbacc.dll and pbAccessibility.dll) and the pb.ini files.
I would appreciate anyone that has been successful using the Inspect tool with PowerBuilder applications to share your findings/solutions.
I am attaching screenshots of a window in my application.
Thank you very much in advance.
