Resolved We are experiencing an issue with our PowerBuilder application in a Citrix environment running on Windows Server 2022. The application intermittently becomes “Not Responding” when running through Citrix.

We are experiencing an issue with our PowerBuilder application in a Citrix environment running on Windows Server 2022. The application intermittently becomes “Not Responding” when running through Citrix.
 
The same application works fine in our Citrix environment on Windows Server 2016 without this issue.
 
Could you please confirm the following:
 
Are there any known issues or compatibility problems with PowerBuilder 2022 R3 running through Citrix on Windows Server 2022 that can cause the application to become “Not Responding”?

Are there any recommended Citrix, Windows Server 2022, or PowerBuilder configuration settings that we should check?

Are there any known issues related to Citrix graphics/hardware acceleration, H.264/AVC, or display settings with PowerBuilder on Windows Server 2022?

Is there a recommended Citrix Workspace/VDA version for PowerBuilder 2022 R3 on Windows Server 2022?

If this is a known issue, is there a hotfix, patch, or workaround available?
 
For reference, the application works correctly in Citrix on Windows Server 2016, and the issue is occurring specifically in the Windows Server 2022 Citrix environment.
