Hi Team,

We recently upgraded our PowerBuilder desktop-based applications from PB2017 R3 to PB2022 R3 to ensure compatibility with Windows 11. These applications are integral to our automation processes, as they are utilized by our RPA Bots built using Automation 360 build version 29077.

While the RPA Bots functioned seamlessly with the PB2017 R3 build applications, we are encountering significant issues with the PB2022 R3 build applications. Specifically, the RPA Bots are unable to interact with the buttons and dropdown fields within the upgraded Powerbuilder 2022 R3 Build applications. RPA Bots are facing issues due to the control type change in PB2022 R3 Build applications.

Given the critical nature of these applications to our operations, we urgently require your assistance to resolve this compatibility issue. Could you please investigate this matter and provide us with your expert feedback and potential solutions?
