HTTPClient object call the API

Hi Guys

I am try to use the HTTClient object to call the API. An API from Old Dominion trucking.

Its the first time trying this. I have tried using the code from

Call SOAP Web Services Using HTTPClient Object - Appeon Community

to test the process. Does not want to work. I get -1 statuscode.

Question. Do I need our network people to open up a port for access?

Question: 'After you verified successfully with Postman, apply the same protocol and arguments to HTTPClient object in your PB code. ' is referenced in the above document. Do I need to download Postmand? Dont understand that piece.
