To store a file temporarily in a public domain for whatsapp to access

Hello

Using PB 2019 R3

Purpose: To send a pdf file through whatsapp

The api has an option to point a url, which will be accessed by whatsapp to send it.

I want the file to get deleted after sending the whatsapp.
Would like to know, is there any public (free) space to use it for this purpose?

Already tried:
1.  sendit.sh -> Curl returns a text when tried from command prompt.  When I try the same in Powerbuilder, I get a blank value.
2.  bashupload.com -> SendRequest('POST', ...   returns -1
3.  File.io -> asks to fix the url.  I tried with "https://file.io/", it returned 301 / 302 errors asked to change url to "https://www.file.io/".  When I try with that it also failed.

Have anyone tried this ?  Is there any reliable domain, which I can use for this purpose?
