Hi Team,
We have successfully configured and deployed the PowerClient application at the client site. However, we are encountering an issue when more than one Windows user attempts to use the application on the same machine.
Scenario:

User Rajkumar logs in to the Windows system and launches the PowerClient application — it works without any issues.

Without closing the PowerClient application, Rajkumar logs out of Windows.

Another user logs into Windows on the same system and tries to launch the PowerClient application.

This time, the application throws the error:
“Failed to update the app.”
We have attached the error details for your reference.
