PowerBuilder 2019 R3 Build 2728 - Application Crash

Hi,

Our clients are using iPharmacy application which is developed in PowerBuilder 2019 R3 Build 2728 (Runtime 19.2.0.2728).
It has been deployed in Citrix Server and clients are accessing it. sometime iPharmacy application got crashed (in randomly) and below EventViewer Logs got captured during the crash.

Mostly crash happening during large retrieval of data's, also second screenshot captured in non-Citrix environment.

Could you please provide your thoughts?
