My Dear PowerBuilder\Appeon Community,
I am currently using Appeon Version 2019 R2 Build 2323. My application was originally migrated from PowerBuilder 10 to Appeon 2017, and it is now running on the above-mentioned version.
However, I have encountered an intermittent issue during my application run time. This Application Crash is happening randomly , sometime all transactions will lead to Application Crash or sometime after the 50th transactions , the problem Application Crash is random .
(All the time the below code will run)
The application occasionally throws the following error:
“Null object reference at line 116 in editpost event of obj……”
This occurs in the section of code shown below:"116 IF NOT IsValid(dw_Item) THEN "
100 If of_IsModified() Then
101 li_Return = EVENT editsaverecord_return(ls_Return)
102 If li_Return < 0 Then
103 Post of_MessageBox("Error", '%1',{ls_Return})
104 Return
105 End If
106 End If
107 //IF dw_sorder.AcceptText ( ) = -1 then Return
108 IF NOT IsValid(dw_Item) THEN
109 Post of_Messagebox("Error1001", 'Please refresh the screen, There are some invalid records in items. Cannot Post!!!')
110 Return
111 End If
112 IF dw_Item.AcceptText ( ) = -1 then Return
113
114 Yield() //Allow to finish all the Post Events defined in EditSaveRecord()
115 //Sleep(0.6)// 600ms pause
116 IF NOT IsValid(dw_Item) THEN
117 Post of_Messagebox("Error2001", 'Please refresh the screen, There are some invalid records in items. Cannot Post!!!')
118 Return
119 End If
120 IF dw_Item.AcceptText ( ) = -1 then Return
i think something is wrong on Yield() ,if so , let me know what i have to do to solve this issue .

Could you kindly advise on the possible cause of this error (Application Crash) or suggest any best practices to resolve it? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated, as this issue is impacting the stability of the application.
Please let me know if you require any additional details or logs for further analysis.
