IIS Manager Configuration for PowerClient Deployment (PB 2025 Build 3683)

Hi Team, 

I'm currently trying to create a Server Profile for the PowerClient deployment process using PowerBuilder 2025 (Build 3683). However, I'm encountering an error during the setup and unable to proceed.

Below are the IIS configuration steps I’ve followed so far

PowerClient Configuration Steps Using IIS Service Manager

1. Added the current user (e.g., XYZ) under IIS Manager Permissions in the Management section of the IIS configuration page.

2. Enabled Windows Authentication under the Authentication tab in IIS.

3. Added XYZ as an IIS Manager User under the IIS configuration page.

4. Enabled Remote Connections in the Management Service section of the IIS configuration page.

5. Granted Full Control permissions to the XYZ user for the wwwroot folder under inetpub.

6. Started the Web Management Service via services.msc.

7. Allowed port 8172 for inbound access in the Windows Firewall.

8. Installed Microsoft Web Deploy v4.0 with all features enabled.

9. Selected the appropriate SSL certificate in the IIS Management Service settings.

Could you please guide me on any missing or incorrect configuration steps? Also, if there are any specific prerequisites or known issues with Build 3683, I’d appreciate your insights.
