Hello,
We are working with C# through an external C++ proxy that calls Invokefunction.
On the PowerBuilder side, creating conventional PB objects works without any issues.
However, when we try to create an object that was generated via Import DDL from a C# DLL, the creation fails with the following error:
"Unresolvable external <object_name> when linking reference"
For example, when attempting to create the object u_nvo_savedocumentsservice, PowerBuilder returns:
"Unresolvable external u_nvo_savedocumentsservice when linking reference"
The object is defined as:
global type u_nvo_savedocumentsservice from dotnetobject
The same execution flow can successfully create standard PowerBuilder objects, but fails only for objects imported from the .NET assembly.
Is there any known limitation or additional initialization required when creating imported .NET (dotnetobject) objects through this invocation mechanism?
