Error opening DLL library zlibwapi.dll for external function in function of_gzopen

In our application to download file pb script is written, which is giving error at run time - error is below and screen shot is attached

"Error: (14) Error opening DLL library zlibwapi.dll for external function at line 19 in function of_gzopen of object nvo_zlib., WinMenu: nvo_zlib, Object: nvo_zlib, Script: of_gzopen, Line: 19"


In script below local external function is written - 

FUNCTION LongPtr gzopen ( &
    REF string filename, &
    REF string mode ) &
LIBRARY "zlibwapi.dll" &
ALIAS FOR "gzopen"

FUNCTION long gzclose ( &
    LongPtr gzFile &
) LIBRARY "zlibwapi.dll"

FUNCTION long gzread ( &
    LongPtr gzFile, &
    REF blob data, &
    ulong dataLen &
) LIBRARY "zlibwapi.dll"

 

but when we call the function its giving error (highlighted line which is line number 19 in error) - function definition is - 

 

longptr lul_unzFile


lul_unzFile = gzopen(as_filename, as_mode)
If lul_unzFile < 0 Then
 MessageBox("ZLib Error in of_gzOpen", &
 "The gzip file is invalid or can't be found!", StopSign!)
End If


Return lul_unzFile

i am able to understand what the issue is - 

I am using PowerBuilder 2025 and application is 64-bit.  and using zlibwapi.dll 64-bit file.


any suggestion will help me a lot.
