Drop down data window display shrinks

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue in Powerbuilder 2022 R2. In a drop down datawindow, all values are listed for the first time select. 
But that become shrink after selecting one value

After that if we click on the same dropdown, the selected value alone displays in the dropdown. Whereas all the required values for that field are listed because if I press the Down arrow the next value gets selected.

My suspicion is that its display getting shrinked after one value is selected. 
I verified the dropdown Property script whether any height is changing at runtime or limit of display is changing at runtime or lines of display is changing at runtime or percentagewidth is changing at runtime or Detail band position is changing at runtime. But all these are not changed anywhere in the script.

we have a similar dropdown in another screen as well. That is working properly. But only this dropdown is behaving weird. Please help me to fix this issue.
