Dear Sir

Refer to my title mentioned above, performed below steps and encountered error message as attached  screen shot

1. Deactivated PB's License from old Laptop successfully using Offline method (Without Internet Connection) as attached.

2. Try to activate on new laptop using Offline method (Without Internet Connection) after installed Appeon PB 2022 R2 Build 2819, encountered error "Cannot find a valid license" as attached screen shot.

 

License Valid from : 2023-09-18

License Valid to : 2024-12-16

 

Kindly advise solution asap.

Hi PETCHIMUTHU;

  You might need help from the Appeon License team to complete this task. The best way (IMHO) would be to open a Support Ticket so that you can engage the license team. They have full access to the License System for correcting both online and offline license issues that you cannot resolve.
