Resolved TextSize does not apply to the main menu bar

Hello,

With the Contemporary style, you can change the TextSize property of menu objects, but that does not apply to the main menu bar. According to the User's Guide, it has a fixed height. Does anyone know if there is a workaround or if it is going to change any time soon?

Hi Konstantin;

   That is correct and no, there is no workaround. The Menu Bar automatically uses the O/S's default assigned "System Font" with an 8 point font size.

    However, there is a ticket in the Support System that has now been transferred to Engineering already as an "enhancement" request to have the PB runtime allow App control of the menu bar's font and point size. This is a recent ticket, so I have no idea yet what the status is currently on Engineering's "ToDo" list. They are super busy right now on PB & PS 2022. That includes updating PB's use of VS2010 C++ to a current Microsoft C++ version for PB2022.
