Resolved There is currently no matching version,Lowest Supported Version:2022_22.3.3391 - Citrix server apps launch issue

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with the delivery of Powerbuilder (PowerBuilder 2022_22.3.3391_001) application in citrix server.
I am just about to use the new version of powerbuilder -> migrated source code and deployed in window 2016 citrix server.

But once launched the application, it throws error message as "There is currently no matching version, Lowest Supported Version: 2022_22.3.3391".

Note: I have deployed XML file as well in same folder where the application exe exists but throws same error.

 

Previously application hosted in citrix server is in version of PowerBuilder 2019 and we don’t have any xml file with runtime entry and we don’t install any runtime package in server, so far application is working fine.

  1. Did I forget any steps?
  2. Does anyone have any idea why this might be?
  3. How can I proceed now to use the new version?
