Resolved Tab object background color issues when using themes in Powerbuilder

I have discovered an issue creating a tab object on a window using themes.  If the width of the tab is 6980 pb units or wider then the background of the tab changes after 6980 units.  In development a tab with transparent background is placed over a static text object. The box highlights where the background changes at 6980 pb units. 

 This becomes an issue running with themes enabled and the background of the tab is no longer transparent but white (in this case Flat Design Silver).  The box below shows the different background of the tab object at with width of 6980 pb units.  The background of the tab object is transparent and it takes the color of the object behind it up to that point.  The width of the tab and the background object both are the width of the window
