Statictexthyperlink/MicroHelp button click = crash

Hello.

We've encountered an issue others may or may not have experienced before.  We have a statichyperlink and a button object in close proximity.  When a user hovers over the statichyperlink long enough for the MicroHelp to populate with the URL and the user clicks the button object to open another window while the MicroHelp is still populated, it crashes the application.

To overcome this obstacle we removed the URL from the statichyperlink's property and are just opening the link in the clicked event and we are not populating the object's URL property, thus not populating the MicroHelp .  

Is this a known issue and has anyone else found a different work around?  Should I report this as a bug?
