Hello again. We are now in the beta testing phase of our PowerServer application journey. We have encountered another issue that we don't know how to work around. The application was built and deployed as a PowerServer app using PB 2022r3 Build 3397. The application is being hosted in our azure farm with MS SQL Server database back end. No one is using VPN. No one is in the office. we are all in Houston. All laptops running Windows 11 with identical antivirus provided by IT.
Two or the 8 testers are having extremely slow response times from the application. The other users report no such issue. The users in question have cleared all caches, uninstalled all previous versions of the app, and even uninstalled the app launcher. They have also killed all other processes running on their laptops to no avail.
I ran several network diagnostics (ping, tracert, pathping) from their PCs; all indicated no significant delays caused by the network, route, or packet loss.
Any suggestions? Do you need more specific information about the environment, etc?
