Slow Performance on PB2025

Hello!
We've been experiencing issues since upgrading our code from PB2022R3 to PB2025 in solution format.
We've already been experiencing performance issues, especially with menu objects and opening the object tree.
This has worsened with the version change; working with the menu is tedious and frustrating. The performance issue isn't limited to menu objects. Opening the object tree also takes a long time, as does saving. In many cases, code editing takes an excessive amount of time due to auto-completion.
The time it takes to load objects isn't small. We're talking 10-15 seconds to open the tree, and maybe more than a minute to save. We've clocked more than three minutes for the menu object, if the code tab is open.
This has significantly affected the team's productivity, and something as simple as saving an object or opening a related window is starting to become a major concern due to wait times.
To try to isolate the problem, we removed our code from the SCC. The impact on testing has been minimal; the timings are the same.
We worked with a local database, and the results did not change (it's not a connectivity or VPN issue).
This issue doesn't affect a single computer. The code on all devices is in a folder in C: with SSD drives.
The operating system is the same: Windows 11 with 16GB of RAM.
We have Windows Defender antivirus, but we created a development disk to avoid any problems it could cause. This also has no impact on performance.
 
Version 2025 has been a major step forward in writing the code, but all the benefits are lost due to the slow performance.
 
I haven't found any posts discussing this in PB2025. Is there a workaround or solution you can suggest?
