Showing disabled fields in datawindow using Themes

After applying the theme the applications has a brand new look which is better but is there a way to identify disabled ( protected ) columns on a datawindow. In the Do not apply theme applications the background are button face for disabled fields on the datawindow but after applying theme it all looks the same white color and I tried playing with the Theme.Json file but had no luck. The good thing is Theme.Json has good configuration for most controls on the windows , tabs etc. but has limited configuration for datawindow. Since datawindow is the heaviest used control I hope Appeon will provide more flexibility for it as well. 

I also noticed some field's labels are grey out for disabled fields but there is no information on how that is happening. Is that something from theme.json configuration or we need do some other changes.
