Severe UI Lag during Clicking and Text Input on Windows 11 with Intel UHD Graphics 630 (PB 2022)

Environment:

PB Version: PowerBuilder 2022 (Build [3397, 3452])
OS: Windows 11 64-bit
GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 (No Dedicated GPU / Integrated Graphics)
Scenario: Remote Desktop / Local PC Environment

We are experiencing severe UI response lag in our PowerBuilder 2022 application on a specific Windows 11 PC equipped with Intel UHD Graphics 630.

Even after all data is retrieved from the DB, clicking cells and especially typing text (inputting text into SingleLineEdit / DataWindow columns) causes severe input latency and UI freezing (1-2 seconds delay). The delay is most noticeable when clicking and typing text rather than dragging.

Actions Already Taken (No Improvement):

Set Theme=DoNotUseThemes in INI to disable PB UI Themes.
Applied High DPI Scaling Override to Application on the .exe and runtime DLLs.
Added DWRenderMode=0 and Accessibility=0 under [DataWindow] in pb.ini / Registry.
Disabled pbacc.dll (Accessibility module).
Configured Windows Power Options to High Performance (100% Minimum Processor State).
Questions / Request: Is this a known issue related to PB 2022 GDI/DirectUI rendering on Windows 11 with Intel integrated graphics? Is there an official EBF (Emergency Bug Fix), maintenance release, or specific runtime flag to resolve this UI freeze issue?
