sending http request string with message part in local language

We need to send the SMS message in local language. The SMS service provide has given the parameters apikey, unicode=1,message, numbers & sender. In this the message part has to be sent in selected local language. When we build the message in PB, using the datawindow column font, the message gets typed in local language and displayed as such. But when we concatenate the string, the message part is displayed in English characters and the SMS server rejects saying template difference. If we send the message part directly in url with local language characters, the message is delivered rightly. Not able to proceed further. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Datawindow, group by, computed field, pageabs(), pagecount()... Installed DB Interface disappeared!
