Runtime error in pfc_n_cst_dwsrv_resize

Hi friends,

I delivered runtime code to a customer. They are getting an error message opening several different windows. 

The product was developed using PB2022 R3 Build 3356. The runtime engine installed is 22.2.0.3397. Customer is installing on Windows 11 Pro (64-bit), Version 24H2, OS build 26100.7623. The app version they are running is 64 bit. (I have 32 and 64 bit versions). The error closes my app.

I have 6 other customers that are using my product in a production environment with no problems. (A few different libraries, but same core files.) This customer is having more issues that other customers are not having, but maybe this error is a "root cause". 

I can't duplicate this issue on my computer when testing with their runtime code (not in the development environment). Any suggestions on what to do? Should I re-migrate and re-build all pbd's?
