Resolved Question about window height.

I have a question regarding the height of a window. 

When I go into the painter to modify a window, I can look at its properties, including going to the Other tab and viewing/editing its Height. 

I can also right click on the window in the treeview, and look at the window's raw source code by clicking Edit Source. When I do that and scroll down to where the height variable is, I find that that value is always 244 units larger than what I see in the first method above. 

Can someone explain to me what is happening there? I'm not suggesting anything is wrong or needs fixing, I just want to understand what is happening. This question is in regards to the resizing functionality in PFC.
