PS ICA up to speed only with Fiddler running??!

Hello,

I have come across what is most likely a network issue that I am unable to identify.

We have a PowerServer application deployed to a public Internet server.

It's working just fine in both IWA mode (PS 2020, still keeping it for commercial reasons) and ICA mode (PS 2022, recently rolled out).

But, the ICA is slow, very slow, when running inside customer's network. Same ICA (i.e. same laptop) running fine from different network (home, hotspot, different company network, etc..).

Easy conclusion, customer's network has some network monitoring tools slowing down ICA. But network admins claim there are no restrictions towards  the Internet server, no web proxy, nothing.

I decided to do some traffic check with Fiddler while ICA is running, maybe measure roundtrip time of server calls.

But here the surprise: when Fiddler is running, the ICA is working at its normal speed.

Shutdown Fiddler, ICA becomes slow.

This test gives no clue to network admins.

Any suggestion?
