PowerServer 2025 - CloudAppPublisher CloudAppInstall V3 Directory in Deployment

I am having a problem with PBAutobuild250 when creating a PowerServer application with a build script. Specifically, when creating the subfolder “CloudAppInstall V3,” it is not copied to the “CloudAppPublisher” folder during deployment. The problem only occurs on one of two computers. The same command line with the same build file on PC-1 causes the described problem of the missing folder, while on PC-2 the folder is copied correctly to the directory.

I have already compared the contents of the following folders including subfolders. 

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Appeon\PowerBuilder 25.0
C:\Program Files (x86)\Appeon\Common\PowerBuilder\Runtime 25.0.0.3711
C:\Program Files (x86)\Appeon\Common\PSToolkit\25.0

Coupled with the fact that I am using the same build script, I am at a loss as to what the reason could be. 

The log file also shows that the files are not being copied.

I am using Powerbuilder 2025 with Runtime 3711.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be?
