PowerClient app launch failure - incorrect file format

We are working to move from a traditional client / server deployment to PowerClient 2022 Build 1892. We build and deploy a PowerClient application daily as a scheduled event.  Most days the result is fine. Twice this week, when we go to open the PowerClient application, we get an error on the "Update cloud app files..." screen.

The server config file has an incorrect file format (https://apps0101.*******.com:443/**********/deploylist.ini.zip).

 

 

In the "Log_PCError.log" file we see:

06:53:15 [Error] Failed to upload the file "C:\Users\ITDEPT~1\AppData\Local\Temp\pbappscache 22.0\temp\**********\of.pbd\f_of_post_recognition_expired_balance.fun".
06:53:15 [Error] Failed to publish the installable cloud app.
06:53:15 [Error] Failed to compile the target file. File name: C:\Dev\*********\***********.pbt

 

At the end of "Log_PCBuild.log" we see:

  We cannot continue our deployment plan until we make this more robust.  Any enlightened, constructive suggestions?
