Resolved PowerBuilder IDE proxy settings

Hi

Adding proxy configuration support within the PowerBuilder IDE would provide significant convenience. In corporate environments, users typically access the internet through a proxy. However, the PowerBuilder application neither allows proxy configuration nor utilizes the proxy settings defined in Windows. This limitation prevents the online licensing mechanism from functioning properly.
Although an offline licensing option is available, it becomes problematic in cases such as hardware failures, where deactivating the offline license is not possible. Therefore, enabling proxy configuration support within the IDE would make the online licensing process seamless, reliable, and sustainable.

Other correspondence suggests allowing access to api.appeon.com. However, granting such permissions isn't easy with every company; in fact, they're often denied. Therefore, the proxy option is important.

It would be great if you could consider this matter.
