Hi Team,
Please find the attached Error Screen Shot in Attachment Section.
In our PowerBuilder 2022 R3 application, a newly added user was provided login access. While retrieving a screen using the date argument 2026/05/01, the user encountered an error.
The application code passes the argument in dd-mmm-yy format. Notably, this issue is observed only for the new user; other users are unaffected.
Troubleshooting indicates the error relates to an invalid month setting. We compared and aligned the date configurations with other machines, and additionally verified REGEDIT and environment variables, but no discrepancies were found.
Kindly help me to resolve this issue and let me know in case of any further information is required.
