PowerBuilder 11.5 license only works after MAC override

Hello,

I am using PowerBuilder 11.5 with a local license file (pbdwe.lic), which was originally issued in 2019 under Sybase.

After reinstalling PowerBuilder 11.5 on a new PC, the application only ran in trial mode, even though I correctly copied the original license file and the associated registry keys (including the "Sign2" value under 11.5.1).

After several failed attempts, I discovered that the license started working only after I **manually changed the PC's MAC address to 00-1A-4D-67-B7-74**, which matches the original license file name and possibly the host it was tied to.

This suggests the license is bound to a specific MAC address. Could you please confirm if there is an official way to rebind or reactivate the license for new hardware?
