Resolved pbvm.dll error for 64-bit application

Hi!

I have 2 versions of my software for an Ohio customer, 32-bit and 64-bit.  The 32-bit version works fine. When they run the 64-bit version, they get the following error:

Load library failed! dll: pbvm.dll, runtime path:C:\Program Files\Appeon\PowerBuilder Runtime Packager\Runtime 22.2.0.3356

The runtime path does exist and pbvm.dll is there.  I tried testing the hot fix file shared by John Fauss with no success.  I deleted the pb Project that creates the 64-bit version, and re-created it.  Deployed. Again no luck.

The same customer also has code for a Pennsylvania facility. Both versions of the PA software work fine. He was testing the OH code on the same computer that he's testing the PA code on.  I also get the same results on my own computer.  I don't understand why the OH 64-bit version is getting the error.

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated... they want to move to production on both PA and OH versions on Friday. PB2022 R3 Build 3356.
