pbvm.dll error

Hello,

 

i build an application with PowerGen, when i start the application i got this default error:

 

In the crashdump i can only find this:

i used the runtiem version 3711, i also installed the 3711 locally and with the same runtime packanger. I located the runtime files in the same directory beneath .\pbruntimes. Its and x32 appication and also the x32 runtime, does everyone have an idea or tipp?
