PB2025 R2 application icon - crashing

Hi,

PB 2025 r2 MR # 

My application was working perfectly, I decided it was time to add a application icon to it

I went into the application painter - clicked on additional properties and tried to apply my icon file.

I clicked on browse and chose the icon and the IDE immediately crashed

I tried typing rather than browsing and it saved it. 

However the application crashes as soon as it runs now. Also if i go to the additional properties under the icon tab - it show blank below it not a selection box / line and the IDE crashes

I tried edit source and changed the line appicon = "c:\app\appicon....." to appicon = ""

but this does not cure it. I have just installed the latest MR 6434 but that has not cured the problem either

can anyone suggest a solution or something to try?
