Migrating Desktop Powerbuilder app for Mobile devices

Hi - I'm using licensed PB 2022 and recently, I have been asked by my company to look into migrating the existing Powerbuilder application for mobile devices. The application contains API calls to SAP PM.

After searching on the web, I understand I need Powerserver mobile for this purpose. Though I'm good on the Powerbuilder side, I never worked on the Powerserver and my skills when it comes to tech savvy integrations is limited. 

 My company provides all the software through software center and the Powerbuilder 2022 package didn't contain Powerserver at my company. Is Powerserver 2022 available as separate package that I can install?

Is there a step by step instructions for migrating Powerbuilder app to mobile? Does Appeon has any training program on Powerserver?  

Where do I start at is my question. Please advise!
