Hi ,

 

I need a suggestion for my current application set up.

 

One of our windows based application developed with Powerbuilder 2017 as a GUI. Back end database is Oracle 19c. All the application business logic are written in Pro*C (Its kind of C/C++ embedded with sql) and operating system we are using for both HP-UX and RHEL 8.

Client (GUI) and server (Back end application server) middleware we are using as Oracle Tuxedo version 11. But in GUI local external fuction calling the back end server process via DLL library . And those DLL part generated using visual studio 2017 with source of C/C++ . 

Now the probelm is we are planning to replace this old technology interface (Between client & server) to new technology . (From Tuxedo /DLL to some other RestAPI/some microservice). 

Does any one knows what kind technology will support from powerbuilder end to enable the new middleware interface between client and server.
