LoadPicture for InkPicture control causing issues

Hello Appeon Group,

We're having some odd behaviour in our application using the InkPicture control when it is on a tabpage. In our application case, the inkpicture controls appear to flash and the app becomes unresponsive after trying to load a picture into one of the controls.

Unfortunately, when we try and generate the same issue in a demo application, the behaviour is different but may be related.

I've attached a small PowerBuilder 2022 R3 Build 3356 demo application that has a tab control with 2 tabpages on which we have a button and the inkpicture control.

When you first select a picture to load into the inkcontrol, the OpenFile system window opens and you can select an image file, but upon loading it into the control, nothing happens (the first time). And if you try and select the same image again, the system says the file is in use and you can not select that same image. You can however select an entirely different image and it will load.

So before I submit a defect request to Appeon, I was hoping someone else would have a quick look at what we've done here and can maybe explain why we are seeing this.
