A client of mine, when running an application developed with PowerBuilder and currently compiled with PowerBuilder 2017, is getting an error when going into a particular window. The error message that pops up is titled "Library Manager" and the message is "Fatal Disk Error - Retry?". You can click on Retry or Cancel. The users have to click on Cancel several times (quoting the user who reported the problem - "at least 5 times") and then they can continue.
The user(s) who get the error are connecting to the system via Remote Desktop through a Terminal Server. It does not happen to other users that get onto the system locally.
The client googled the error and some of the answers he got back reference the problem happening with PowerBuilder.
Does anybody know anything about this error and is there something that can be done so the user doesn't get the error.
I attached a screen shot of the error message - although the picture is a little blurry.
