Yes, I have a similar issue, and the cause is KB5074109 which includes more security of outlook which seems to cause our application to crash as soon as we try and email the .pdf, via outlook session (below code), not when creating the .pdf. The hot fix does not help this issue and takes an hour to download and install KB5078127. You cannot uninstall KB5074109, not sure if there is a work around. Our clients using Classic OutLook 32-bit have been affected and cannot email w/o crashing the Powerbuilder App 2022 R2 or R3 versions. Our test computer was able to email with all of these same KB updates, so it does happen 100% of outlook installs, just most of them. I think this KB security update was intentional, not a bug that will be fixed by Microsoft. Also, i ran the latest outlook 32 bit my windows 10 computer and ot crashed aswell,, w/o the famous kb5074109 that is be blamed for this issue.
