How to change update.bmp in CloudAppLauncher

Hi. I'm running PB 2022R3 Build 3397. We are trying to brand the CloudAppLauncher loading screens.

We created a loading_ica.gif and an update.bmp.

I added both files to the "External files" > Files preloaded in uncompressed format in the PowerServer project.

While loading_ica.gif does work as expected, unfortunately, update.bmp is not being shown correctly. It is always using the update.bmp supplied by Appeon.

I tried creating a new Configuration to point to the same name and also a different file name and that didn't work either.

Is there a step or piece that I'm missing for update.bmp?
