Getting error "The PowerBuilder IDE cannot start because on compatable Powerbuilder Runtime is detected"

Hi,

I'm installing PB21 IDE on one of our machines, but getting the following error , after installation :

Getting error "The PowerBuilder IDE cannot start because on compatable Powerbuilder Runtime is detected. Please install a Powerbuilder Runtime version equivalent or compatable to the current PowerBuilder IDE version"

I have all the prerequisites, Visual C++ and .Net

I've installed the PowerBuilder-2021-1509-EN-MR and the deployment PBCLTRT 21.0.0.1509.msi

The path is as follows:

;C:\Program Files\SQL Anywhere 17\bin64;C:\Program Files\SQL Anywhere 17\bin32;C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319;C:\Program Files (x86)\Appeon\PowerBuilder Runtime Packager\Runtime 21.0.0.1509;C:\Program Files\dotnet\;C:\Program Files (x86)\Appeon\PowerBuilder 21.0;

Any help would be appreciated.
