Resolved Failed to launch / ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error when running an installable cloud app

Hi,

I'm attempting to test run a legacy PB application with PowerServer 2021.

It was necessary to make some modifications to the app to remove a number of PowerServer unsupported features, but I am now getting a clean build & deploy of the PowerServer project and the web APIs are compiling and running as expected.

However when I run the project I see the Welcome page in the browser, but the application does not launch (the launcher is already installed). Instead all I see is the message "Connecting..." flashing on and off in the bottom left-hand corner.

Checking the browser log shows that I'm geting the error "Failed to launch...because the scheme does not have a registered handle" followed by numerous "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" messages.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
